Scott Montross

As CEO, Scott Montross leads business and strategic direction across Northwest Pipe Company's Water Transmission and Tubular Products Group. Scott joined Northwest Pipe Company in 2011 after 23 years in the steel industry where he held a number of key senior positions including his most recent position as Executive Vice President of the Flat Products Group for Evraz Inc. NA's Oregon Steel Division, Claymont Steel Division and the Regina Steel Division. Prior to Evraz Inc. NA, Scott held positions with Oregon Steel Mills and National Steel Corporation. Scott is a graduate of Colgate University.
Richard L. Baum
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Richard L. Baum was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel in April 2011. Rich's prior experience includes 28 years practicing in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution for two leading regional law firms, including 22 years as a partner. His legal work focused on matters in the areas of securities and corporate governance litigation, antitrust, intellectual property, professional liability and executive compensation disputes. Rich received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Robin Gantt
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Robin Gantt is responsible for the company's finance and investor relations functions. Robin joined Northwest Pipe Company in 2010 and was appointed CFO in January 2011. Prior to joining Northwest Pipe Company, Robin spent 11 years with Evraz, Inc. NA formerly Oregon Steel Mills, Inc. where she held several positions including CFO & Treasurer and Corporate Controller. Prior to Evraz, Robin was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Robin is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.
Bob Mahoney
Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development
As Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development, Bob Mahoney oversees research and development activities devoted to growing the core businesses, supporting Northwest Pipe Company’s customers and creating new technical-based options for growth for the corporation. Bob began his career with Northwest Pipe in 1992 as a marketing analyst and went on to spend several years with the sales department in Southern California. He was promoted to Director of Business Planning and Development in 1996. In 1998 he was appointed Vice President of Corporate Business Development. Prior to joining Northwest Pipe, Bob was an Aviation Officer with the United States Army for six years. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1984, Bob received his MBA from the University of Virginia in 1992.
Gary Stokes
