Production capabilities include 1 spiral-weld mill, 2 pyramid plate rolls, complete carbon and stainless steel pipe fabrication, as well as linings and coatings as described below.

Spiral Weld Steel Pipe: (Double-submerged arc welded):

• Sizes: 24" OD through 120" OD
• Wall thickness: 0.135" through 0.625"
• Hydro-tested lengths: 20' through 50'
• 100% ultrasonic tested spiral weld per API 5L, RT Full Radiographic (x-ray)

Plate Rolling & Welding:
From 20" to 144" OD
Up to 1 1/4" plate wall thickness
Up to 10" wide plates

End Treatments:

Facility Description:
We have two sites approx. two miles apart in the town of Saginaw. The Burlington facility includes 60,000 sqft of covered manufacturing space on five acres with rail access. The Longhorn facility is located on 40 acres with 110,000 sqft of covered manufacturing shop and 8,100 square feet of office space.
