Northwest Pipe Company manufactures spiral weld double-submerged arc steel pipe.

Double-submerged arc welding ensures optimum product integrity and strength. This process achieves 100% penetration welds that form a flawless seam that becomes an integral part of the pipe. We provide foundation applications for bridges, terminals, caissons, and waterfront structures such as piers, marinas, offshore platforms, and jetties.

The Company can accommodate the widest variety of job specifications. Pipe sizes range from 18" through 156" OD and wall thickness from 0.188" to 1.00". Five ISO-certified production facilities located across the United States provide prompt delivery to even the most remote job sites. Shipping is available by truck, rail, and barge.

Northwest Pipe Company's high quality spiral products can be made to API 5L or other standards as required. Radioscopic and ultrasonic inspection capabilities are available.
