Municipal Water Leader highlights NWP’s commitment to creating an equitable workplace
At Northwest Pipe Company, we’re fortunate to employ a diverse and growing workforce of over 900 talented individuals from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. In order to support our employees and ensure an inclusive working environment for all, we’ve recently introduced new initiatives that bolster our commitment to diversity and cultivate a culture of equity. In this interview with Municipal Water Leader, Northwest Pipe Company President and CEO Scott Montross and Vice President of Human Resources Megan Kendrick discuss our Company’s vision, plan, and goals for promoting and valuing diversity in the workplace.
