Northwest Pipe Sponsored ‘Sleigh Bell Benefit’ Goes Virtual

The event benefitting children in Southwest Washington happens 11/25-12/7/20

As we march toward the holidays, our community partners at the Assistance League of Southwest Washington (ALSW) are adjusting to the socially distant season by moving their popular Sleigh Bell Benefit online. Once again, we are proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of this annual fundraiser supporting ALSW’s mission to enrich and improve the lives of children.

This year’s Sleigh Bell Benefit includes 12 days of raffle drawings and a virtual silent auction happening November 25 through December 7, 2020. Exciting prizes include a weekend cabin getaway, a night at the Heathman Lodge, and gourmet food and wine experiences. All proceeds go towards ALSW’s volunteer-run programs serving children and families in the Clark County area and beyond, including:

• • • Just Because: Provides two sets of new clothing and shoes to children ages 10-18 when they are placed in foster care.
    • My Life Story Books: Creates memory albums with photos and personal history recorded for children in foster care to keep with them as they move through the system.
    • Children’s Opportunities & Potential: Provides scholarships and classroom opportunities for children with disabilities.
    • Assault Survivor Kits: Provides clothing and hygiene products to hospitals for distribution to children and women survivors of abuse.
