Combining the inherent durability of traditional concrete jacking pipe with the corrosion resistance of an embedded synthetic liner, Trenchless Perfect Pipe provides a cutting-edge sanitary sewer solution for microtunneling applications.
The presence of Hydrogen Sulfide gases (H2S) in municipal sanitary sewer systems accelerates microbial-induced corrosion (MIC), which can decay concrete infrastructure and lead to cracks, leaks, and eventually, critical system failure. Perfect Pipe’s integrated High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic lining protects concrete from MIC and provides a 100% lined leak-free system that adds longevity to wastewater systems. The liner has an excellent pullout resistance for a completely corrosion-free design life of 100+ years.
Trenchless Perfect Pipe is available in standard diameters ranging from 24” to 60” and features an internal connector joint that eliminates field welds while providing a watertight seal. This results in a faster installation time and major construction cost savings, and eliminates the risks associated with confined space entry. Larger diameter HDPE-lined pipe is also available with field welded joints.
