Stormwater Management

This improvement project in Logan, Utah, involves widening a roadway and expanding the capacity of the stormwater infrastructure below. Geneva Pipe and Precast supplied a custom precast stormwater diversion structure and junction box, which provide a durable solution capable of withstanding heavy traffic loads.

Santa Clara Valley PRV Vault

Infrastructure

To support the City of Santa Clara’s expanding drinking water system, Geneva Pipe and Precast is supplying a pre-built Pressure-Reducing Valve (PRV) Vault. The product is powered by a ParkUSA PRV assembly, which is delivered to the jobsite pre-plumbed inside the precast vault for easy installation and direct connection to the existing waterlines.

8 Mile Pump Station 54-Inch Force Main

This sanitary sewer project for the Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner is upgrading the discharge capacity of the 8 Mile Road Pump Station with a new force main consisting of 6,040 LF of 54-inch engineered steel pipe manufactured by Northwest Pipe Company.

The Perfect Lined Manhole System with weldless joints was chosen by South Valley Sewer District for its corrosion-free properties and ease of installation. A custom-made FRP-lined base with a double “beaver slide” configuration made it possible to meet the project requirements of extreme elevation change between the pipe inlet and outlet, without the need for a drop connection.

Pure Water San Diego

Water Transmission

Pure Water San Diego is a phased, multi-year program that will provide nearly half of the City of San Diego’s water supply locally by the end of 2035. Northwest Pipe manufactured over 21 miles of 30- and 48-inch steel pipe to support this major water recycling and purification project.

Contra Costa Canal Replacement – Segment 5B

Water Transmission

Segment 5B is part of a multi-phase canal replacement project modernizing a 1930s-era aqueduct in Contra Costa County, California. Over one mile of previously unlined canal is being piped with 120-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) manufactured by Northwest Pipe Company.
